Contains: Chamomile, Lemon Balm, Passion Flower, and Valerian Root.

Wind Down Without Mint is a calming blend crafted to quiet the mind and relax the body without the flavor or tingle of mint. Lemon Balm, Chamomile, Passion Flower, and Valerian Root come together in perfect harmony to help ease tension, soothe anxious thoughts, and encourage deep, restorative rest.

Although Lemon Balm is in the Mint (Lamiaceae) family, it has a slightly floral flavor and can help uplift the spirit and support mental clarity. Passion Flower is an adaptogen that reassures us during emotional or stressful times. The relaxing nervine properties from Chamomile helps soften the body and ease the mind. And Valerian Root collaborates with the Chamomile to help increase GABA, allowing for more peace within.

Whether enjoyed as a nightly ritual or a grounding practice amid the noise, this blend encourages us to slow down and release what weighs on our minds, acknowledge that rest is sacred work, and take quiet strength from the earth.

Flavor Notes: Gently floral, subtly sweet, and softly earthy with a mellow, grounding finish.

Energetics: Calming · Centering · Restorative
