Contains: Oat Straw, Lemon Balm, Peppermint, and Lavender

This harmonious blend offers comfort and clarity to help quiet the mind, ease tension in the body, and cultivate a peaceful environment where the nervous system can relax. Oat Straw, rich in vitamins, minerals, and naturally soothing compounds, provides the foundation of this blend. The Oat Straw works with Lemon Balm, an uplifting nervine, to help ease anxiety and build more emotional resilience.

Peppermint brings a refreshing presence that is often associated with discernment, confidence, and self-expression. And Lavender weaves the blend together with its classic soothing and clarifying energy. This mild sedative has been used to restore emotional balance and in purification and protection rituals. This combination helps soften the edges of the day and gently reconnect with restorative rhythms when the body feels heavy but the mind is still in overdrive.

Flavor Notes: Softly minty with gentle floral undertones and a smooth finish.
Energetics: Supportive · Calming · Grounding
