Contains: Slippery Elm Bark, Mullein Leaf, Plantain, Leaf, Wild Cherry Bark, and Marshmallow Root.

Cough & Throat Soothe is a comforting blend designed to calm irritation, ease coughs, and bring relief to tired respiratory and digestive systems. It coats and cools areas where heat, dryness, or inflammation have settled.

The mucilage from Slippery Elm Bark and Marshmallow Root forms a protective and restorative coating, while Plantain and Mullein help clear congestion and ease muscles that are spasming or fatigued from coughing. Wild Cherry Bark rounds out the blend to promote balance and grounding energy, with a subtle sweetness.

More than a tea, this blend is a balm—inviting us to slow our breath, rest our voices, and allow the support of nature to move gently through our bodies. Cough & Throat Soothe comforts encourages us through the emotional heaviness that can sometimes accompany seasonal changes. And is a wonderful option for people who lecture, perform, or are recovering from colds or persistent coughs.

Flavor Notes: Smooth and woodsy with soft sweetness and a mellow, earthy depth.

Energetics: Cooling · Moistening · Soothing
