  • Minimize consumption 1–2 weeks before surgery to reduce the risk of bleeding, bruising, or interactions with anesthesia

  • Tinctures and concentrated botanicals are not recommended during pregnancy but including Calendula, Chamomile, or Dandelion Tea is generally safe with minimal use

Contraindications – Drug Interactions:

  • Use caution if you are prone to kidney stones, if you have kidney or liver disease, diabetes, swelling due to compromised heart function, endometriosis, fibroids, or hormonal imbalance

  • Minimize consumption 1–2 weeks before surgery to reduce the risk of bleeding, bruising, or interactions with anesthesia

  • Tinctures and concentrated botanicals are not recommended during pregnancy but including Chamomile or Marshmallow Tea are generally safe with minimal use

  • Use caution and consult with your doctor, doula, or trusted herbalist if you have a multiple pregnancy, are planning to have a C-Section, or are at increased risk of premature labor
